Farewell ceremony held in honor of District Police Officer Charsadda Waqas Khan.

Charsadda:(Special Correspondent) According to Global Times Media Europe, a grand farewell ceremony was organized by the District Administration Charsadda in honor of District Police Officer Charsadda Waqas Khan, in which Provincial Minister for Minerals Arif Ahmadzai, Deputy Commissioner Charsadda Dr. Azmatullah Wazir, Additional Deputy Commissioners, Assistant Commissioners and other officers of the district administration participated. During the ceremony, Deputy Commissioner Charsadda Dr. Azmatullah Wazir presented a commemorative shield to District Police Officer Waqas Khan in recognition of his excellent, effective and professional services in Charsadda district and paid tribute to his services. On this occasion, Deputy Commissioner Charsadda Dr. Azmatullah Wazir said that Waqas Khan demonstrated exemplary coordination, mutual cooperation and professionalism with the district administration during his tenure.  He ensured the establishment of law and order, the rule of law, the protection of life and property of the people, the best security arrangements on Eids and other sensitive occasions, which is a clear proof of his leadership skills and sense of duty. He further said that strong ties between the district administration and the police are the guarantee of providing the best services to the people. Waqas Khan always put the public interest first and performed his duties in a good manner as a responsible, competent and dutiful police officer. His services will always be valuable for Charsadda district. The Deputy Commissioner expressed his best wishes for Waqas Khan’s future professional responsibilities and said that we pray that he continues to serve the country and the nation with the same passion, integrity and professionalism in the future and achieve more successes. At the end of the ceremony, the participants appreciated Waqas Khan’s services and expressed their best wishes for him and prayed for his success in his new responsibilities.
