Special Assistant to the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Food Dr. Muhammad Israr Khan visited Charsadda 

On this occasion, he visited the newly under-construction government wheat godown and reviewed the quality of the construction work in detail.

Peshawar:(Special Correspondent)According to Global Times Media Europe, Special Assistant to the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Food Dr. Muhammad Israr Khan visited the under-construction government wheat godown in Charsadda. On this occasion, the Food Department and other concerned officers gave him a detailed briefing on the construction progress of the project, the capacity of the godown and other technical matters. During the visit, the Special Assistant reviewed the quality, speed and overall progress of the construction work underway in the under-construction godown.He directed the concerned authorities to complete all construction works on the project within the stipulated time frame and not to compromise on quality at any stage of construction. Dr. Muhammad Israr Khan said that the provincial government is taking practical steps to ensure safe storage of government wheat and to construct modern, standard godowns so that wheat stocks can be preserved and effective food management can be further improved. He said that as per the instructions of Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Sohail Khan Afridi, the capacity of the food department is being continuously increased so that timely and better supply of quality wheat and flour can be ensured to the people. He urged the concerned officers to maintain construction quality and transparency at all costs along with timely completion of the project.
