Federal Judicial Academy Strengthens Collaboration with Federal Ombudsperson Secretariat for Protection Against Harassment (FOSPAH). 

ISLAMABAD:(Special Representative)According to Global times News Agancy Europe,The Federal Judicial Academy (FJA) welcomed Ms. Fauzia Viqar, Federal Ombudsperson for Protection against Harassment of Women at the Workplace, for a working-level meeting with Mr. Hayat Ali Shah, Director General, FJA, today on 1 July 2026 at the Academy.The meeting followed the in-principle approval of a collaboration framework between FJA and FOSPAH by the Hon’ble Chief Justice of Pakistan, Chairman, Board of Governors, FJA.During the meeting, both institutions agreed to develop a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen cooperation in judicial education, professional capacity building, and the promotion of safe, respectful, and harassment-free workplaces. The nominated teams of both organizations will finalize the draft MoU for submission to the competent authority for approval before its formal execution.This collaboration reflects the shared commitment of FJA and FOSPAH to advancing institutional excellence, promoting gender-responsive justice, and fostering workplace environments founded on dignity, equality, and respect.
