A meeting of all Deans, Chairpersons/HODs, and Heads of Sections (HOSs) was held at the Committee Room of the Vice Chancellor’s Secretariat, , under the chairmanship of Vice Chancellor .

Haripur:(Special Representative)According to Global times News Agancy Europe,The meeting focused on the review of the examination system and discussions regarding operational improvements to further enhance efficiency, transparency, and academic effectiveness within the university.During the meeting, various aspects of the examination process were evaluated, including technical performance, coordination mechanisms, student facilitation, and administrative procedures. It was decided that some examinations will be conducted physically, some online, and some in a hybrid mode where appropriate, keeping in view academic requirements and administrative feasibility.

Participants shared valuable suggestions and recommendations aimed at strengthening the examination system and ensuring the smooth conduct of examinations in the future.Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Abid Farid emphasized the importance of adopting modern and efficient academic practices to meet contemporary educational requirements. He appreciated the efforts of the faculty and administrative staff in maintaining academic standards and directed all concerned departments to continue working collaboratively for institutional improvement.

The meeting concluded with a collective commitment to implementing practical measures for the betterment of academic and administrative operations at the university.
