He stated that Muhammad Salman secured fourth position in the entire Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the CSS 2025 exam and was allocated to the prestigious group, Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS), which is highly commendable. He said that Muhammad Salman's success is a source of pride for the people of district Charsadda and especially the people of his area. In his message, Global Times Media, Europe Chief Executive Ikramuddin stated that this success is not merely about earning wealth and riches; rather, it is a long journey of identifying one’s goals, working continuously with dedication, maintaining positive thinking, and achieving balance in life.He added that true success is the one that brings inner peace and enables a person to serve society in a meaningful way.
