DHO Charsadda Dr. Hammad visits Category D Hospital Jamalabad.

During the visit, DHO Dr. Hammad inspected various departments of the hospital.

Charsadda:(Special Correspondent) According to Global Times Media Europe, District Health Officer Charsadda Dr. Hammad, along with District Surveillance Officer Dr. Habib Ahmed, EPI Coordinator Dr. Hamza Munir, and LHW Coordinator Dr. Shawan Iqbal, paid a detailed visit to Category D Hospital Jamalabad. Medical Superintendent Category D Hospital Jamalabad Dr. Afshan Saleem was also present on this occasion. During the visit, various departments of the hospital including Casualty, OPD, wards, dental department, X-ray section and ultrasound unit were inspected. The following issues were reviewed during the inspection: The availability of all basic medicines for emergency patients was checked, which was found satisfactory. All consultants were found present on duty in the OPD.  The facilities provided to the patients in the wards were reviewed. The dental department was found to be functional and services were being provided to the patients. X-ray and ultrasound machines were found to be functional and diagnostic facilities were being provided. District Health Officer Charsadda Dr. Hammad, while issuing instructions to the Medical Superintendent Category D Hospital Jamalabad, said: The attendance of all staff should be ensured. All employees should be included in the Facial Recognition Application (Smart Attendance) immediately. Cleanliness, discipline and provision of best medical facilities to patients should be further improved in the hospital. Emergency and OPD services should be kept active at all times so that the public can get timely medical facilities. District Health Officer Charsadda directed the hospital administration that no negligence will be tolerated in providing quality medical facilities to the public and all staff should perform their responsibilities efficiently as per government instructions.
