Bulgarian president to attend WUF13 leaders' summit in Baku.

According to Global times News Agancy Europe,Bulgarian President Iliana Iotova will visit Azerbaijan on May 17-19 to participate in the Leaders' Summit at the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) in Baku, The Global times Europe media informs referring to the press service of the Bulgarian president.Her visit is being carried out at the invitation of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.The leaders' summit on May 18 will be held for the first time as part of the WUF.During the visit, Iotova will meet with the Azerbaijani president.The Bulgarian delegation will also include the mayor of Veliko Tarnovo and chairman of the board of the National Association of Bulgarian Municipalities, Daniel Panov.Local government representatives from various regions of Bulgaria will also participate in WUF13.WUF13 will be held from May 17-22 in Baku.The forum is being held in close cooperation between Azerbaijan and the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) and aims to exchange international experience in sustainable urban development, smart cities, and innovative urban solutions.
