Peshawar:(Special Correspondent) According to Global Times Media Europe, Assistant Director FIA Peshawar Zone, Iftikhar Ali delivered a lecture at an awareness session on the topic of “Digital Violence, FIA, Cybercrimes and Gender Mainstreaming” at the Area Study Center, University of Peshawar. The session was organized in collaboration with the German Embassy, ​​UN Women, Human Rights Commission of Pakistan and the Commission on the Status of Women. During the lecture, the participants were provided with comprehensive awareness about digital crimes, online harassment, cyber laws and the role of FIA. On this occasion, Iftikhar Ali stressed the importance of promoting gender equality, women’s protection and a safe digital environment. The participants termed the session as very informative and stressed the need for continuation of such awareness campaigns.
