IIUI President Meets Mufti Abdul Rahim to Enhance Academic Collaboration and Institutional Linkages

Islamabad:(Special Representative)According to Global times News Agancy Europe,A delegation led by Mufti Abdul Rahim met Professor Dr. Ahmad Saad Alahmed, President and Acting Rector, International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI), at the University’s New Campus, in a meeting also attended by Justice Dr. Syed Muhammad Anwar, Judge, Federal Shariat Court. Held in a cordial environment, the discussion focused on strengthening academic collaboration, promoting unity, and advancing reform-oriented educational initiatives grounded in the principles of Shariah. Mufti Abdul Rahim invited the IIUI President to visit Al-Ghazali University and Jamia Tur Rasheed in Karachi and proposed the signing of an MoU to formalize cooperation, including student exchange and joint academic initiatives. Both sides also emphasized sustained institutional linkages and the role of universities in fostering dialogue and societal cohesion.
