ITALY:(International Desk) According to a foreign news agency, Special Assistant to the Ministry of Overseas for Italy Ikramuddin said that March 23 is not just a date, but a dream, a belief and a story of struggle. He said that this is the day when our elders saw a dream that later became a reality in the form of an independent homeland. He said that this day reminds us that freedom did not come easily to us, but there are countless sacrifices, prayers and hopes behind it. He said that it is our responsibility to value this trust, play our role in the development of our country and make the principles of unity, faith and order a part of our lives. Special Assistant to the Ministry of Overseas for Italy Ikramuddin said in his message on the occasion of Pakistan Day on March 23.  He said that today we should remember those who sacrificed their yesterdays to give us a better today. And at the same time, we should pledge that we will try to make our coming tomorrow even better. He added that may Allah Almighty always grant peace, progress and prosperity to our homeland Pakistan, and grant us the ability to become a responsible and conscious nation. Amen
