Federal Minister for Education Witnesses Signing of MoUs Between Pakistani and Kazakh Universities.

Islamabad:(Special Representative)According to Global times News Agancy Europe,The Federal Minister for Education and Professional Training, Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, witnessed the signing of eight (08) Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) between leading Higher Education Institutions of Pakistan and the Republic of Kazakhstan at the Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training.The MoUs were signed as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen bilateral cooperation in higher education, research, innovation, and academic exchange between the two countries. The participating Pakistani institutions include Quaid-i-Azam University (QAU), National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST), International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI), GIK Institute (GIKI), National University of Modern Languages (NUML), King Edward Medical University (KEMU), and University of Health Sciences (UHS), in collaboration with their respective partner institutions in Kazakhstan.
Speaking on the occasion, the Federal Minister emphasized that these MoUs reflect Pakistan’s strong commitment to expanding international academic collaboration and fostering partnerships that promote joint research, faculty and student exchanges, collaborative academic programmes, and institutional capacity building.The MoUs will be facilitated by the Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training and coordinated by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) to ensure effective and timely implementation.
The signing ceremony marks a significant milestone in Pakistan–Kazakhstan educational cooperation and lays the foundation for long-term collaboration in higher education and research.
